Candidate should have to full fill these essential qualification as on 01/05/2014.
For Senior Personal Assistant :-
1. Candidate should have a degree from recognized university.
2. Proficiency in Shorthand in English with 110 word per minute speed
3. Knowledge of Computer Operation with 40 word per minute typing speed in English.
For Personal Assistant :-
1. Candidate should have a degree from recognized university or Board.
2. Proficiency in Shorthand in English with 100 word per minute speed
3. Knowledge of Computer Operation with 40 word per minute typing speed in English.
Pay Scale :-
For Senior Personal Assistant :-
Pay Band - 9300 – 34800 /-
Grade Pay - 4600
For Personal Assistant :-
Pay Band - 9300 – 34800 /-
Grade Pay - 4200
Age Limit :-
For Senior Personal Assistant :-
Candidate who are applying for these posts upper age limit is 28 years.
For Personal Assistant :-
Upper age limit for personal assistant is 27 years.
And age relaxation are also available for the candidate according to the government rules.
