Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Department of Posts announced the notification for the the different posts in  post office for Postal Assistants, Sorting Assistants, Postal Assistants (Savings Bank Control Organization), Postal Assistants (Mail Motor Services) , Postal Assistants (Circle and Regional Officers). There are total no. of  posts 8243 in all over india. Now answer key of the Sorting Assistants and postal assistants has been released for see the answer key of the sorting assistants visit the official website. About Exam :-

The exam date of postal assistant and sorting assistant are different or not same. first exam of Indian post office which is held on 27/04/2014.

And second exam held on 04/05/2014.

Exam :-

On 27/04/2014 following states exam will be held :-

Exam Time :-   02:00 PM to 04:00 PM   and 10:00 AM to 12:00 NOON

Delhi , Rajasthan, Kerala ,    (27/04/2014 Time   02:00 PM to 04:00 PM   ) 

Assam, Chhattisgarh , North East , Odisha , (27/04/2014 Time 10:00 AM to 12:00 NOON)

On 04/05/2014 :-

Jharkhand

04/05/2014 only in Jharkhand exam will be held

These are the days in which exam was held only Jharkhand is the only state remains in which there are no exam will be held.

About Exam:-

The exam will be held 27/04/2014 in given state above there are 100 questions in the paper and there are 25 questions from each subject. These subjects are reasoning, English, general knowledge, and maths these are the four subjects in the exam and there are 100 question 25 question each.

And there are no negative marking in the exam, and for any correct answer there are one marks.
